Company Description:

OmniAccess is an industry leading marine networks solutions provider, offering a wide range of products and services with over 15 years of experience. From our base in Palma de Mallorca, we cater services for some of the world’s largest yachts and key cruise line companies, with a very strong commitment to service quality & availability.

We operate global VSAT GEO networks from our own teleports & HUBs located in Palma de Mallorca, Germany, Netherlands, Chile, USA, and Australia. As part of our integral, end-to-end solutions we design, implement, and support onboard IT networks. From 2022, we are also partnering with Starlink to offer LEO coverage.


Position Overview:

The Product Manager at OmniAccess will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our product portfolio tailored to the superyacht and maritime industry. This role blends strategic roadmap creation with tactical execution, requiring extensive coordination across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual skilled in translating customer and market demands into concrete product requirements and effectively leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.


Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management:



* Develop and communicate comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps aligned with OmniAccess's strategic goals.
* Identify and validate new product opportunities through in-depth market analysis, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
* Continuously refine product roadmaps based on customer feedback, market developments, and internal stakeholder input.
* Represent OmniAccess interest in prioritization for product development efforts done by our parent company Marlink and the transversal group on transversal product development.


Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment:

* Serve as a primary liaison, regularly coordinating with technical teams (engineering, IT, cybersecurity, operations), commercial teams (sales, marketing), and executive leadership to ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and roadmap reviews to prioritize initiatives and ensure organizational consensus.


Execution & Product Lifecycle Management:

* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing iteration.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with quality standards and user expectations.
* Ensure operational readiness for new products and features including but not limited to contracting, billing and support.
* Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and data analytics, initiating corrective actions and enhancements as needed.


Communication & Reporting:

* Maintain transparent and regular communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding roadmap changes, timelines, progress, and challenges.
* Deliver clear, actionable reports and updates to senior management outlining roadmap, product performance metrics, market positioning, risks, and strategic recommendations.


Market Intelligence & Commercial Integration:

* Collaborate with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and promotional activities aligned with product strategy.
* Provide insights to sales and customer success teams, ensuring they are informed, enabled, and equipped with accurate product knowledge.

Requisitos mínimos
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the telecommunications or maritime industries.
* Strong understanding of connectivity, cyber security, and IT solutions.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analytics and CRM systems.
* Willingness to travel regularly.
* Resident or citizen of the EU
