Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on front-office and technical roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and benefits processes
Assist in performance management and employee development planning
Provide HR policy guidance to staff and leadership
Lead or support strategic HR initiatives and internal projects
Organize team-building activities and internal events
Act as a trusted partner for employees and departments across the organization
? Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
Proven HR experience in FX or financial services environments
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition
Knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
