Control money transmission tools and approval processes
Managing bank accounts, operations, negotiations and payments for all financial entities
Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company
Responsible for bank reconciliations
Assist auditors.
Control and clearing of all transitory accounts
Participate in the accounting reporting process
Ad hoc projects and assignments
Indefinite contract in a international company
Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar
Minimum 3 years experience in accountancy
Experience at an international accounting department or Big Four or similar outsourcing department desirable
Experience working for an international environment & cross-functional and networked organization and monthly reporting experience.
Superior communication skills in English , both spoken and written, to effectively address and influence all levels within the organization. Portuguese or Italian a plus.
SAP knowledge
Proficiency in Excel
NPGC (local Spanish rules) and IFRS. ITAGAAP (desirable)
