??About the Role:

As an Agrivoltaic Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our agrivoltaic projects in Spain, a vital part of our solar portfolio. You will work closely with the development team, ensuring that our projects meet the technical, economic, and environmental requirements of French regulations, while optimizing project quality and feasibility. This role is critical due to the increasing competitiveness of the market, the rising demands from administrations, and the need to reduce risks within our portfolio.


??Responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct mandatory agricultural surveys (EPA) for agrivoltaic projects, collaborating with DEV and ENV teams, as well as farmers, agricultural chambers, and other stakeholders.

Manage the agronomic dimension of the projects, engaging with key stakeholders (local authorities, farmers, agricultural chambers, etc.).

Oversee the follow-up of technical and economic studies in agrivoltaic projects, ensuring quality and compliance with local regulations.

Work closely with farmers, mayors, and local authorities to design the best projects and ensure their viability and acceptance.

Ensure the validation of agronomic projects and compliance with regulations, while providing recommendations to optimize the process.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure projects are ready to achieve RTB (Ready to Build) as quickly as possible.

??Requirements:

Agricultural Engineer or related degree.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in agrivoltaic projects, agriculture, and/or agro-industry.

Fluent in English & Spanish.

Willingness to travel frequently to France to meet with farmers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Knowledge in agronomic studies, including technical and economic assessments of agrivoltaic projects.

Experience working in regulatory environments and managing complex administrative processes in Spain or France.
