The Project!

As a Facilities Administration Intern, you will support and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance, also refit work projects in stores, sis, offices and showrooms of the company.

What will the role entail?

• Support the preventive and reactive maintenance of all the company’s properties (stores, offices, corners – Corte Inglés – and showrooms) through GMAO system.


• Oversee and support all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and safety inspections.


• Support vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.


• Support project management for store closures and small refits.


• Support in development and implement facility management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.


• Collaborate with various departments to address facility-related needs and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Education Level: Degree or equivalent in Arquitecture, Industrial Design, Bussiness or similar.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Languages: Spanish and English.


• Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD is good to have.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
