The employer is a large organization within the insurance industry who operates internationally.

• Develop and administer employee benefits programs in alignment with company policies.


• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding benefits management.


• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and support.


• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to evaluate and enhance current benefit offerings.


• Manage relationships with external benefits providers and negotiate contracts when necessary.


• Prepare and present reports on benefit usage and costs to senior management.


• Assist in the implementation of new benefits systems or processes as required.


• Support the Human Resources department in other related tasks during the contract period.

• Outstanding salary range (70.000 to 90.000).


• Opportunity to work with a large organization in the insurance industry in a Temporary 6-month contract.


• Dynamic role based in Madrid with exposure to regional areas (Continental Europe and Latam).

A successful Benefits Manager should have:

• A strong background in benefits management within the insurance industry.


• Knowledge of local and international regulations related to employee benefits.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise with employees and providers.


• Familiarity with Human Resources processes and systems.


• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to handle challenges effectively.
