This is a temporary position due to a maternity leave



Key Functions


  1. Supports IESE’s activities design and planning when requested for programs and events.

  2. Leads and manages site selection, booking and logistics; deals with catering booking and organization and coordinates the speakers logistics and of other relevant participants / invitees when applicable; organizes logistics for learning activities.

  3. Searches, contacts, contracts and manages all external suppliers of items and services listed in the event plan, ensuring all is ready to deliver the event experience as expected.

  4. Attends participants during the program or event ensuring its flow .

  5. Reports to the Manager and Business Partner about actual status of the preparation, and manages budget consumption, identifying and communicating to the program’s director and assigned coordinators about any deviation.

  6. Works together with the Program Director on the selection and assignment of the most suitable specialists based on specific program needs.

  7. Supports the area team in the Identification of development needs of the related to her/his area of expertise (knowledge and skills).

  8. Conducts post event activities, including the elaboration of event materials (i.e. photostory video),… directly or in collaboration with other parties.



Requisitos mínimos

Knowledge


  • Specific knowledge and experience (minimum three years) in organizing events.

  • Prior experience managing a plan.

  • University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.

  • Advanced user in LMS is a plus.

  • Strong computer skills. Experience with MO tools

  • Fluent English
