Lead the profitable development of our brands on E-retailers in Iberia, delivering sales and contributive margin targets.
Develop Iberia online footprint: define E-Commerce business target, strategy and growth model, setting priorities, allocating resources and driving action plan, in consistency with country strategy.
Manage the relationship with key E-retailers customers (Amazon, ECI.es, Privalia, Tendam, Miravia, Carrefour.es,…) where we operate either with a Wholesale or a Marketplace business model.
Lead Marketplaces opening projects, development and operations (contract negotiation, project management, day to day management).
Support the launch of DTC website and effectively manage the site (catalog management, animation plan, site navigation, search, e-merchandising)
Monitor performance, tracking KPI, sharing key insights and leading corrective action plans.
Share best practices with E-Commerce managers across Europe.
Manage one e-commerce specialist.

Requisitos mínimos
At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketpkace role, including marketplaces management, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Experience in retail sector is a plus.
Commercial skills, business driven, ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions.
Entrepreneurship, Can-Do attitude.
Collaborative and ability to work in matrix environment.
Passionate about new technologies. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
