Fundación Adecco, as social partner of important company in luxury sector collaborates in the Inclusion Plan for PwD to the company
We are currently looking for a curious, and proactive controlling assistant (focusing on Travel) and your task will be:
- Coordinate and communicate with store and head-office employees travel and mission expenses.
- Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with the guidelines.
- Prepare KPIs on T&E expenses.
- Check that the T&E are in line with the guidelines (nature, amount, etc)

Affinity for numbers
Ability to check if the expenses are as per the guidelines
Accuracy
Good communication skills
English
