At Page Personnel we are looking for candidates with experience and/or Human Resources studies for an important project for one of our clients.
Responsible for ongoing HR service delivery tasks, administration of employee life cycle events, handle various HR topics and support payroll team.
Responsible for generating documents, letters, templates and reports such as: employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, references and other documents for HR relevant employee life cycle events
Document process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday)
Maintain employee data in HRIT systems while ensuring high data quality
Independent tracking of tasks and monitoring of ongoing processes
Execute employee data standards, processes and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI's, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
Participation in process optimizations to improve process flows, performance and quality
Collaborate with HR team in the Netherlands or Denmark to implement HR initiatives that positively impact employee experience
Permanent contract

Requisitos mínimos
Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or vocational training & professional experience (> 2 years)
Min 1 year HR background OR experience in data management
You are confident in using MS Office and have a high affinity for modern IT systems
Good problem solving and administrative as well as high organizational skills, e.g. managing multiple open requisitions
Experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Dutch or Danish, additional languages are a plus
