Job Description:

We are looking for professionals like you to join one of our main clients in the insurance sector. You will assist in various aspects of payroll administration, gaining practical experience in the field of Human Resources.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing and maintaining payroll records accurately and in a timely manner.
-Gather the required information to initiate the hiring process with our payroll provider, ADP, and reflect it on the Celergo platform.
-Assist to the HR Business Partners on updating salaries, cost centres, contracts, tax rates, etc in the payroll platform.
-Support the payroll team in managing payroll related inquiries or issues from employees.
-Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
-Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll records.
-Stay updated with changes in payroll policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.
-Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as filing documents and organizing data.


Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing a degree in Employment Relations, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of payroll processes and concepts is preferred (maternity, sick of absence)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to changing payroll regulations and technologies


Benefits:

-This position is offered on a scholarship terms contract.
-The duration of the contract will be for 5 months, starting from October.
-Flexible scheduling (09:00 - 14:00 pm) monday to friday.

This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in payroll administration and assist in building a foundation for future career growth in Human Resources.


*Your university either must be based in Spain or has to have an agreement with a university in Spain.
