  • We offer a 6-month project + permanent placement
  • Previous experience in a Data & Analytics role is mandatory

Our client is a multinational group with a long-standing track record and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability





  • Business analysis, planning, and performance control.

  • Deployment and consolidation of weekly and monthly sales forecasts across all channels and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and a clear understanding of key variances and drivers.

  • Development and analysis of commercial data, identifying and highlighting key business insights, with a focus on revenue trends broken down by client, brand, budget, and forecast.

  • Act as key point of contact for general and financial management of the Group regarding actual sales and future outlook.

  • Lead, support, and oversee the sales forecasting process to ensure visibility and accuracy of projections, achievement of associated KPIs, collection of field feedback, and analysis of related risks and opportunities.

  • Analysis and monitoring of actual performance, with focus on volume, pricing, discounts and rebates, returns, YEB (Year-End Bonus), and other sales incentives.

  • Close collaboration with commercial directors, including regional managers; mapping and monitoring of KPIs to improve daily commercial results and ROI of key commercial initiatives.

  • Facilitate standardisation of analysis and reporting for the Group's cluster, in collaboration with local and regional finance/accounting teams; develop tailored analytics tools for key stakeholders (field force, regional managers, senior management), and deliver necessary training to optimise understanding and use of deployed systems.

  • Perform sales analysis at both field representative and account levels; create and monitor attack lists and promotional activity trackers.

After the 6-month contract, there is a real possibility of joining the company's permanent staff.

Requisitos mínimos

Education & Experience:


  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business & Economics, or Engineering.

  • Strong proficiency in IT tools, expert-level in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data & Analytics-related role.

  • Fluent in English.
