International Law Firm is looking for a Junior Legal Assistant

• Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management.


• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence.


• Maintain and organize case files, contracts, and legal records.


• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court filings.


• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and client communication.


• Stay updated on legal procedures and compliance requirements.

Temporary (6 months) with potential for permanent position

• Diploma or certification in Secretarial Studies, Legal Administration or a related field.


• No prior experience required; training will be provided.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn legal software.


• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
