The project!

As a Labor Relations Intern, you will support the HR team in managing employee relations and labor law compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in handling disciplinary actions, working with employee committees, and ensuring legal compliance in labor matters within a fast-paced fashion industry environment.

What will the role entail?

• Assist in the preparation and documentation of employee terminations, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.


• Support interactions with employee committees and labor representatives, ensuring clear communication and compliance with labor regulations.


• Research and analyze labor laws and company policies to support compliance and decision-making.


• Collaborate with HR professionals on employee dispute resolution and grievance management.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Law, Labor Relations or similar


• Required Skills: knowledge in labor law, employee relations, and workplace compliance.


• Languages: high Level of English is a must, any other languages are a big plus.


• Great communications skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


• Experience in a retail store will be considered.
