  • The successful candidate will oversee the institution's non-academic departments

Private British school in Madrid ( North zone )





  • Manage the different departments, purchasing, HR, legal, accounting, and implement improvements.

  • Develop and execute the company's business strategies to achieve management objectives.

  • Provide strategic advice so that they have an accurate view of the market and the future of the company.

  • Prepare and implement business plans to facilitate achievement by planning profitable operations and market development activities.

  • Ensure that policies and legal guidelines are communicated at all levels of the company and that they are adhered to at all times

  • Communicate and maintain trusting relationships with management.

  • Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business projects.

  • Delegate responsibilities and oversee the work of executives by providing guidance and motivation to drive peak performance

  • Read all reports submitted by lower level managers to reward performance, avoid issues and resolve problems

  • Analyse problematic situations and incidents and provide solutions to ensure the survival and growth of the company

Requisitos mínimos

  • A strong honours degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or equivalent.

  • The ability to make strategic decisions and provide clear direction to achieve institutional objectives.

  • Proven experience managing similar organisations with 150+ employees and leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • A track record of designing and implementing strategies and operational models to drive efficiency.

  • Expertise in financial and accounting reporting.

  • Experience coordinating external collaborators (e.g., lawyers, consultants, agencies)to address internal organisational needs.

  • The ability to align team efforts effectively to meet project deadlines.

  • Solid working knowledge of ICT systems and their application in finance, accounting,and reporting.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with staff and parents.
