The project!
As a Menswear Product Development Coordinator for Pepe Jeans, you will lead the end-to-end development and purchasing strategy for one of our key product categories (knit and woven), ensuring alignment with market trends, quality standards, and business objectives
What will the role entail?
Coordinate product development and sourcing activities for one of the main Menswear categories (knit and woven), working closely with designers to define materials and target prices, and assisting in the selection of appropriate fabrics and suppliers based on seasonal color boards.
Support supplier management and assist in overseas communication, maintaining regular contact with international vendors to ensure alignment on quality, costs, lead times, and production capabilities.
Help drive production planning and risk follow-up by monitoring sample development, delivery schedules, and quality/cost/safety checks, contributing to the resolution of any potential issues during bulk production.
Assist in conducting analysis across the development process—supporting reviews of country distribution, margin targets, and forecasts—to help inform data-driven decisions and optimize product performance in the market.
