The project!

As a Merchandising Intern, you will support the Merchandising team in all tasks related to the development, presentation and strategy of new Red Bull Racing and Converse Apparel collections, gaining comprehensive understanding of retail operations.

What will the role entail?

• Collection Strategy development: During this stage you will be requested to assist Product merchandising with benchmarks & data analisis


• Collection strategy presentation: You will help to prepare the presentations and documents for different sign offs.


• Collection development: In cooperation with the Product team, product merchandisers follow the development of the collection and verify that budget is achieved, having always in mind the brand identity. As part of the team, you will contribute in preparing feedback.


• Collection presentation: At this stage, you will work with samples in hand before launching the collection and contribute to close the collection before the sales' period (product academy videos, retail prices sign off, collection structure, etc.).

Requirements

• University degree or higher in Business Administration, Analytics


• Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1) any other languages are a big plus.


• IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)


• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


• Strong time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team.
