  • We are looking for an Executive Assistant proficient in English
  • International Investment Banking company located in the center of Madrid

Our client is a prestigious international investment banking firm with a located in the center of Madrid.




The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:


  • Managing diaries and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives

  • Processing invoices and handling expense reports

  • Planning and organizing events

  • Preparing presentations and spreadsheets

  • Performing daily office tasks and general administrative duties

  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes

  • Monitoring and controlling budgets



We offer:


  • Permanent contract with full-time employment.

  • Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Opportunity to work in an excellent and supportive environment.

  • Directly reporting to the Managing Director (MD).




Requisitos mínimos

It is valued:



  • A minimum of 8 years of experience providing executive support.

  • Extensive administrative experience assisting senior management in a professional environment.

  • Adaptable and discreet, with a high level of professionalism.

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to report and communicate effectively in the language.

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
