Oversee logistics coordination, specifically with suppliers and partners based in Germany and Asia, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Optimize stock management, ensuring efficient inventory control, reducing overstock or stockout, and improving warehouse operations.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes, implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements across the supply chain to drive cost savings and efficiency gains and customer service.
Manage assembly workshop of customized products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timely execution of operational strategies.
Manage and lead a team of operations staff, providing mentorship, development and performance management to ensure optimal team performance.

Requisitos mínimos
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within operations area.
User experience with SAP or similar ERP
Knowledge in usage of CNC machinery
Strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage teams
Problem-solving mindset with a track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
