• Oversee logistics coordination, specifically with suppliers and partners based in Germany and Asia, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.


• Optimize stock management, ensuring efficient inventory control, reducing overstock or stockout, and improving warehouse operations.


• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes, implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity.


• Develop and implement process improvements across the supply chain to drive cost savings and efficiency gains and customer service.


• Manage assembly workshop of customized products


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timely execution of operational strategies.


• Manage and lead a team of operations staff, providing mentorship, development and performance management to ensure optimal team performance.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within operations area.


• User experience with SAP or similar ERP


• Knowledge in usage of CNC machinery


• Strong negotiation skills


• Proven ability to manage teams


• Problem-solving mindset with a track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.


• Proficiency in English at C1 level
