?? Role Description:

As an Origination Project Developer, you will play a vital role within our spaniard Project Development Team, your primary responsibility will be identification and evaluation of potential commercial projects in the energy field. You will be supported by our technical experts in negotiating purchase and lease agreements, as well as in the process of applying for grid connections and building permits.




?? Your main responsibilities will be:

* Identify and assess strategic locations for new projects.
* Analyse restrictions and conditions of the land.
* Negotiate agreements with landowners (purchase options, leases, easements).
* Coordinate technical, environmental, and legal feasibility studies.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
* Help manage the different phases of project development.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (consultants, authorities).
* Comply with the quality, health and safety and environmental management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures and national regulations.

??Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in project development, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
* Academic background in engineering, architecture, law, business administration, or similar.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of urban planning and environmental regulations.
* B2 English & native Spanish proficiency.
* Availability for travelling within Spain.
* Driving licence (B).
* Valuable: experience working with landowners or local communities.
