We’re looking for a Trainee (Intern) for the Junior Analyst position in our Energy Management & PPA team. If you’re a student or recent graduate in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mining, or similar) and passionate about energy market analysis, this is your chance!

ABEI ENERGY is a leading international Independent Power Producer (IPP) specializing in renewable energy projects. With a rapid expansion across Spain and international markets, including the USA, UK, France, Italy, Poland, Germany and Mexico.








?? What will you do?



* Analyze national and international energy markets.
* Support pricing studies, regulatory analysis, and business opportunity assessments.
* Assist in reviewing future PPA contract terms and energy sales strategies.
* Research new geographies and technologies like hydrogen, biogas, and batteries.
* Participate in market simulations and power flow modeling.





?? Who will you work with? You’ll collaborate with teams across Grid, M&A, Project Finance, New Technologies, Asset Management, Self-Consumption, and more.

?? What are we looking for?



* Academic background in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mining, or similar).
* Desirable knowledge of the electricity sector and its regulation.
* Minimum B2 level of English (especially for technical documentation).
* Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and strategic thinking.
