• Ensuring complete implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety rules.


• Researching, evaluating, and implementing new production technologies and process improvements.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry spare parts manufacturing industry or a similar sector.


• 5 years experienced in production management of automotive.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think analytically.


• Possessing technical knowledge and able to effectively manage production processes.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• Must be Local Spanish.


• Advanced level of English proficiency is a must.
