We are currently looking for a Recruiter Inter with a native level of English to join our Talent Acquisition team in Getafe (Madrid). As a part of Talent Acquisition team you will learn and actively participate in the following responsabilities:

* Job posting management.
* CV screening.
* Talent sourcing and recruitment.
* Interviewing professional profiles related to engineering and innovation.
* Administration and evaluation of psychometric or competency-based tests.
* Candidate follow-up and support throughout the selection process.

Minimum requirements

* Final year student in Labour Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
* English level: native (Spanish is not required).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in an organized and results-oriented manner.
* Training agreement with the university is not required.
