The project!

Within the Retail Department of AWWG - PVH Iberia, we are looking for a Coordinator
of Merchandising. Your scope is Spain and Portugal for Tommy Hilfiger Outlets.

What are the mainly responsabilities?

• BUDGET, PLANNING & BUYING


• Challenge net sales targets in the light of portfolio’s performance.


• Anticipate store development: refits, openings & closures.


• Guide planning strategy according to local product performance.


• Feedback to central about product trends and needs in order to contribute to
  the European assortment build-up.


• Fill in buying templates and make sure proper depth are uploaded in the system.


• Manage the orderbook.


• IN-SEASON MERCHANDISING


• Deliver goods according to store capacities and needs.


• Analyze product performance and propose action plans.


• Replenish fashion and permanent styles.


• Monitor the season via forecasting tools.


• Propose sales strategy in line with Finance envelopes.


• Organize end-of-season returns and link between Full Price and Outlets.


• Push Old stock sales.

Requirements of the position:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role


• Adaptability, Teamwork, Creative thinking.


• Fluent in English, other European languages (French) are an advantage.


• Analytic mindset.


• Expert of the Office pack.


• Experience of SAP FMS and Analysis is welcomed.
