The role:
-Management of the Sales Team in a professional and disciplinary manner as well as operative doing of sales and marketing (sales not only of components, but of complete
solutions).
- Development and implementation of brand-, price-, and growth strategies in accordance with the strategy of the group of companies as well as local requirements.
- Design and implementation of product/services launches and marketing campaigns.
- Continuous market monitoring in order to identify future potentials and/or threats.
- Commercial responsibility for the Sales department and results.
- Leadership, development, coaching and motivating the sales team.
- Continuous improvement of efficiency and processes which includes to make use of the chances in terms of digitalisation.
-Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany.

Experiencia requerida:
