  • Important manufacturer of fuel additives for petroleum-based fuels and biofuels| Exp. within the Fuel and Refining Industry, sales role and high English

Manufacturer important of specialty fuel additives for petroleum-based fuels and biofuels.

Currently, we are looking for Sales Manager for Benelux wanting to take sales of Fuel Specialties division to the next level.

The successful candidate will join in Spanish Branch in Madrid and will become an essential member of a highly motivated team, who is responsible of a vast territory including more than 30 countries.





  • Drive our business in Benelux forward by seeding, developing, and growing an amazing territory full of opportunities. Reaching sales goals by building up business and strategic plans.

  • Secure the base and support global accounts. Secure existing business and make it grow through increased volume or introducing new items to existing customers portfolio.

  • Turn prospects into customers. With special attention to key players in key markets, build up strong relationships with potential customers to become part of their vendor list, expand the number of customers, uncover the true needs of their business and recommend the right Fuel Specialties products.

  • Actively promote products. Search proactively prospects where to sell products to existing and new applications within the region.

  • Reporting. Share and report in due time and manner market intelligence, customer insights, market surveys, monthly reports, etc.

  • Additional: Manage tender's programs against agreed lead times, prepare quotations and follow up with customers & prospects, support Customer Service in compliance with standards including but not limited to updating pricing. Responsible of cash-to-cash cycle.

Requisitos mínimos

A successful Sales Manager should have:


  • University degree in Chemical or Chemical Engineering.

  • Desirable experience within the Fuel and Refining Industry

  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar position

  • Demonstrated sales aptitude.

  • Ability to span various projects at once and make the progress in time.

  • High sense of initiative, professionalism, and responsibility.

  • Language skills: English and Spanish. French desirable.

  • Proactive, good listener, self-motivated and willing to wind up the sleeves.

  • Driving license and willing to travel frequently.
