Development and implementation of sales strategies
Real Estate Investment, Development and Management Company specializing in Student Residences that offers a high level of service to its tenants.
Reporting to the Ops team, execute and perform the sales strategy implemented by the company in all assets in Iberia.
Ensures that the portfolio meets the established incomes performance goals, supporting the asset managers on each asset iand developing and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve results.
Support to the Ops team to have a strong relationships with key providers. Strong leadership and experience in groups, agencies and companies within the academic year and particularly summer time is a must, national and internationally.
Benchmark and permanent monitor of the sector competition on each location, providing periodical report to the Ops team regarding sale strategy adaptation to implement to adapt to the market keeping the sales objectives.

Requisitos mínimos
Professional experience 6-10 years.
Strong sales profile, with experience in PBSA (student residence) and knowledge of the Flex sector (or hotel sector) in sales / marketing position.
Strong in group management, agencies, international groups, summer, etc. (as it is an important % of the revenue of the Business Plan of each asset).
Must be analytical, not only commercial.
10-20% of travel weekly to support and improve saling processes on each asset by the team is required, to check competition periodically and ensure the saling and activities strategies to achieve the revenues considered into the Business Plan of each asset is met and propose alternative to surpase it.
