Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will manage key sales tools, including SalesLoft, and optimize forecasting, sales planning, and data governance. You will work closely with the Salesforce Administrator and report to the Global Director of Sales Operations. You’ll play an essential role in supporting the launch of our GenAI and SaaS services, including the Bigdata platform.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Tools Integration & Management


  • Integrate and manage sales tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Power BI, CPQ, forecasting) to improve efficiency.


  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to ensure smooth data flow and tool integration with Salesforce.


  • Optimize additional sales systems to meet team needs.



Forecasting, Sales Planning, & Data Analytics


  • Design and refine forecasting models at global, regional, and team levels.


  • Develop frameworks for territory planning, capacity allocation, and quota setting.


  • Implement data governance practices for consistent, high-quality sales data.


  • Use BI tools to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and territory performance.



CRM & Systems Optimization


  • Support CRM optimization, particularly Salesforce, and work with Salesforce Administrators on system integration with other sales tools.


  • Lead automation initiatives by integrating APIs and ETL tools to streamline workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks.



Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance


  • Partner with Product, Marketing, IT, and Legal teams to align data flows, lead routing, and account assignments with business strategies.


  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across all sales systems and data handling practices.



Procurement & Subscription Management


  • Review systems and pricing terms for subscription agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and optimize subscription offerings for maximum efficiency and value.


Requirements

Sales Tools & Systems Experience


  • 3+ years of experience with sales tools like SalesLoft, CPQ, and forecasting, with integration into Salesforce.


  • Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.



Forecasting & Sales Planning


  • Expertise in designing forecasting models and frameworks for capacity and quota planning.



Data Governance & Analytics


  • Experience implementing data governance and using BI tools to analyze sales performance.


  • Familiarity with automated reporting and dashboard creation.



CRM & Systems Architecture


  • Knowledge of CRM optimization, particularly Salesforce.


  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems for improved data flow and sales processes.



Salesforce Experience


  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to collaborate on system architecture and integration.
