About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst in Finance will be responsible for integrating, analyzing, and managing data from various departments within the company to create dashboards and strategic reports that support decision-making in sales, projects, and products. This critical role combines advanced technical skills with a deep understanding of financial and operational processes in the SaaS industry, facilitating business performance optimization and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial and Business Data Analysis:

• Integrate and analyze databases from various departments (sales, marketing, PMO, product, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.


• Design and automate financial and operational reports to support strategic decision-making.

2. Dashboard and Visualization Development:

• Create interactive and customized dashboards in Power BI to visualize key KPIs such as sales, revenue, costs, product margins, and project performance.


• Ensure that visualizations are clear, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

3. Database Management and Optimization:

• Design and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.


• Use Python to automate data analysis and cleaning processes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, PMO, Project, and Finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions.


• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical areas, ensuring reports are understandable and actionable.

5. Data Quality Control and Assurance:

• Implement processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.


• Monitor and resolve issues related to data discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 5 years in similar roles, preferably in technology or SaaS companies.




• Proven experience in financial analysis, dashboard development, and strategic reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).




• Solid experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design) or other BI Data visualization Tool.




• Prior experience with financial reporting automation tools or CRMs like Salesforce.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.




• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.




• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.




• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.




• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Additional Desirables:

• Knowledge of Python for analysis and process automation.




• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.




• SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
