We’re looking for a hands-on and growth-minded engineer to join our team as a key contributor to our backend architecture and development practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who is also interested in evolving into a leadership role over time.




What You’ll Do

? Design and develop robust backend services using PHP and Laravel, hosted on AWS.


? Work with modern infrastructure patterns.


? Help define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automations, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.


? Contribute to testing strategies, maintaining code quality and reliability.


? Lead on software architecture decisions, balancing scalability and maintainability.


? Provide technical leadership within the team.

? Work closely with Product and Engineering peers in an Agile, product-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

? Solid experience with PHP, Laravel, AWS, and non-relational databases.


? Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.


? Practical knowledge of software testing principles and strategies.


? Experience designing and evolving scalable architectures.


? A hands-on developer with a proactive mindset and leadership potential.


? Background in technical leadership, team collaboration, and Agile methodologies.
