Our client is a multinational company dedicated the development and fabrication of biological products.




  • Provide timely and risk assessed legal support and contract drafting/negotiation adjusted to the business strategy and pace and to all business units in all phases of development, manufacturing and commercialisation of bio pharmaceutical products.

  • Provide comprehensive analysis and advice on all legal issues.

  • Flag high-risk areas and ensure raising business awareness around applicable laws and regulations through day-to-day interactions and legal training.

  • Create, implement and negotiate diverse contracts and legal documents adjusted to business needs, streamline processes, conduct legal due diligence and improve negotiation time lines in accordance with the Business Plan.

  • Ensure smooth collaboration and regular interaction with Data Privacy and Ethics & Compliance Colleagues and execute plans and reinforce an ethics and compliance culture.

Requisitos mínimos
  • University degree in Law.

  • Full proficiency in English and good knowledge of Spanish; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in similar position, and preferably a minimum of 7 years' experience as In-House Counsel in the Pharma/Biotech sectors or as external advisor in the sector.

  • Experience with international contracts is essential and previous experience advising European Biotech Companies is a plus.

  • Specific knowledge: Commercial and Pharmaceutical law; Intellectual Property; GDPR and Compliance regulations.

  • Track record with R&D and Business Development departments, and negotiating with (or working at) CDMO and CRO organisations.

  • Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Project management skills and respond openly and flexibly to change.

  • Strong work ethic, organisational and analytical skills.

  • Proactive, results oriented and curious, with willingness to continuously learn and work beyond comfort zone.

  • Assertive and with the gravitas to be able to play an active role as partner to the business teams.
