Lead the financial cycle: support the creation and monitoring of the business plan, long-term financial strategy, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.
Monitor business performance, analyze key financial and operational KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare and improve monthly and quarterly reporting to management and private equity stakeholders.
Create clear, concise, and decision-oriented presentations and dashboards.
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic planning.
Participate in ad hoc projects across functions: Operational performance analysis, M&A support, due diligence and Efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate closely with other departments (Operations, Strategy, Commercial) to align financial planning with business goals.
Continuously improve internal processes, data quality, and reporting automation.

Requisitos mínimos
2-3 years of experience in FP&A roles or in Transaction Services (TAS) within a Big Four firm.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis. Financial modelling.
Highly analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to support business decision-making.
Previous experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, ideally in private equity-backed companies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance teams.
