Important Healthcare Private Equity-backed Company is looking for a Strategic FP&A Analyst located in Madrid.





  • Lead the financial cycle: support the creation and monitoring of the business plan, long-term financial strategy, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.

  • Monitor business performance, analyze key financial and operational KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare and improve monthly and quarterly reporting to management and private equity stakeholders.

  • Create clear, concise, and decision-oriented presentations and dashboards.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic planning.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects across functions: Operational performance analysis, M&A support, due diligence and Efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Operations, Strategy, Commercial) to align financial planning with business goals.

  • Continuously improve internal processes, data quality, and reporting automation.

Requisitos mínimos

  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A roles or in Transaction Services (TAS) within a Big Four firm.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis. Financial modelling.

  • Highly analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to support business decision-making.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, ideally in private equity-backed companies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance teams.
