Our client is a prominent European Educational company specializes in providing innovative learning solutions across several countries. With a strong emphasis on digital transformation, they offer a blend of traditional textbooks and modern e-learning platforms, making education more personalized, engaging and accessible.




Strategic Problem-solving:


  • Analyses issues faced by the businesses, breaking them down into logically structured, MECE questions. Designs and implements fact-based analyses to answer these questions. Consequently, provides actionable recommendations on how to address the issue at hand.

  • Assesses the issues faced by the businesses in a given domain to prioritise the problem-solving of these with highest impact

  • Story lines, writes and delivers well-structured, top-down presentations on specific topics within the strategy and key initiatives - including analyses and recommendations based on facts and aligned with the relevant stakeholders.




Project Leadership:


  • Leads projects and work-streams within the strategy domain.

  • Contributes to projects at the business or operating companies where others lead, demonstrating good teamwork.




Market Expertise:


  • Contributes to building thought leadership on the societal value of the company products, such as the role of learning methods in educational outcomes and efficiency of educational systems.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of the pedagogical, educational-policy, economic and technological context in which the market operates.

  • Contributes to identifying and defining the most critical factors in the competitive landscape.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.

  • 5-8 years of experience in a top management consulting firm.

  • Prior experience in education and/or software, publishing, media businesses is not a prerequisite but will be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative (including a sound understanding of financial metrics) and qualitative.

  • Strong written, visual and oral communication skills, particularly in preparing and delivering eloquent and concise management presentations.

  • Strong people skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly build networks across a complex organisation and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage complexity and ambiguity.

  • Team player attitude with experience working in a matrixed, international environment.

  • Fluent in English. Other languages in our footprint valued
