Requisitos mínimos
Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally overseeing multiple properties or large-scale operations.
Strong background in lifestyle-driven, contemporary, tendy and experience-driven environments with fresh ideas in hospitality strategy and operations also with F&B experience
A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think differently and bring fresh ideas to the industry.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating large teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for community building and integrating local culture into the guest experience.
Ambition to grow with the company, contributing to its long-term vision and success.
Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
