Key Responsibilities:

? Work with Microsoft Dynamics & Salesforce (SFDC) to improve account segmentation
? Follow up on events & online demand generation campaigns to qualify leads
? Support local promotional offers to drive lead generation
? Ensure customer contact details & segmentation data are up to date
? Convert unqualified leads into sales-qualified leads for the sales team
? Assist in telemarketing projects to generate qualified opportunities
? Conduct lead qualification via phone, email, and online channels
? Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to optimize handovers

Required Skills & Experience:

? Fluent in Flemish & French (C1) + strong English proficiency
? Full eligibility to live & work in Spain (no restrictions)
? Experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
? Passion for sales, marketing, and technology
? Proficiency in IT & CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
? Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
