We’re looking for a goal-oriented and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our client’s team of Swedish and Norwegian Key Account Managers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving performance, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Job Assignments
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Work closely with other teams to improve workflows and optimize the customer experience.
Ensure KPIs, sales targets, and reporting standards are met.
Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture aligned with company values.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members to ensure strong performance.
Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Design and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand business opportunities.
What You Bring:
Strong experience in sales or team management, ideally in a B2C or related environment.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and develop effective strategies.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales teams.
Excellent communication skills, both within the team and cross-functionally.
Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Fluent in English, spoken & written. Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.
