Key Responsibilities:
? Customer Support – First point of contact for technical assistance via phone & email
? Troubleshooting – Perform remote diagnostics & issue resolution
? Help Desk Ticketing – Track & resolve support requests efficiently
? System Management – Install & configure hardware, software, networks & peripherals
? Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Management – Administer user accounts, permissions & configurations
? Documentation – Maintain & update user guides & training materials
? Training & Mentorship – Coach & train junior Support Specialists
? Inventory Management – Maintain IT asset records in FreshService
? Vendor Collaboration – Engage with third-party providers for support & escalation
? Client Engagement – Schedule & manage client appointments & support sessions
? Continuous Learning – Follow the Microsoft training path & achieve certifications
? Team Collaboration – Participate in meetings & team activities
Ideal Profile & Requirements:
? Degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred)
? Experience with Windows & Mac operating systems
? Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Microsoft 365 environments
? 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role
? 2+ years of experience in customer service
? Bilingual in French & English (Required)
