? Backup & Disaster Recovery – Implement & test robust backup strategies
? Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Resolve hardware, software & network issues
? Patch & Capacity Management – Apply updates & optimize system performance
? Documentation & Process Improvement – Maintain detailed IT documentation & automation scripts
? Collaboration with IT Teams – Work closely with network & cybersecurity specialists
Ideal Profile & Requirements:
? 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & system administration
? Minimum technical degree in Computer Science or related field
