Job Mission:
Guarantee rigorous accounting control of the company's operations, ensuring the reliability of economic information, regulatory compliance and efficiency in accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of the documentation of the operations: uploaded contracts of customers and suppliers, payment terms, guarantees, etc.
- Posting Sales and Costs of Operations
- Bank reconciliation of receipts and payments of operations in accounting
- Posting provisions at the end of the month for operations. Estimated costs and sales, and cancellation of such provisions where applicable.
- Follow-up of the collection of operations and payments to suppliers: prefunding + payments.
- Analysis of exchange rates applied to cost-sales and receivables-payments invoices.
- Upload invoices to the corresponding platforms: WAWF, FACE, etc.
- Preparation of weekly reports: liquidity, control of operations, weekly sales and costs, AR, etc
- Weekly meetings to monitor operations with the operations and sales departments.
- Management of incidents in Salesforce of operations and proposals for improvement.
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
- Training in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar
