? Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Use internal tools and resources to deliver accurate information and effective resolutions

? Occasionally introduce additional products or services based on customer needs

? Requirements:

Fluent/Native English (C1 level), spoken and written

Prior customer service experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

? Comfortable navigating computer systems and common software

Availability to work consistent overnight shifts

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes
