What You'll Do
Provide first and second-line support for both business and residential customers
Assist with billing and contract-related inquiries
Guide customers through technical troubleshooting for their services
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Make outbound calls for collecting feedback and issuing payment reminders
Who You Are
? Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
At least 6 months of experience in customer service
Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
? Comfortable with basic admin tasks and technical processes
Available for rotating shifts:
Mon–Fri: 09:00 – 19:00
Weekends: 10:00 – 16:00
