We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist for a real estate-focused client in Lisbon. If you have experience in fraud, finance, or insurance and love helping people, this is your chance to join a fast-growing international team in sunny Portugal!
Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent placement
Languages: Spanish (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: €870/month x14 + €50 guaranteed bonus + €150 permanence bonus + meal allowance + medical & dental insurance
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and messages with empathy and professionalism — including urgent situations
? Investigate and resolve claims under Host Damage Protection, Host Liability Insurance, and Experience Liability Insurance
Understand and apply policies consistently to ensure fair outcomes for the community
Identify and escalate priority issues appropriately
Ensure each case is reviewed and resolved with attention to detail and sensitivity
Requirements
? Native/Fluent in Spanish (C2) with strong English (B2+)
Previous experience in financial, fraud, or insurance support is highly valued
Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
? Able to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Already based in Lisbon with valid right to work documents
