We are partnering with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading, and they are looking to hire a Customer Success Officer who speaks fluent Italian to join their growing team in Limassol. If you’re customer-focused and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—this is the opportunity for you!

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time

Languages: Italian (C1+) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing


Assist global clients through live chat and email support

Manage client accounts, updates, and documentation

Handle incoming calls with impeccable phone etiquette

? Provide troubleshooting support for trading platform issues

Promote company products and guide clients through services

Collaborate with Compliance and internal departments to resolve issues

Maintain accurate records and contribute to client satisfaction

Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Help the team meet and exceed performance targets

What We’re Looking For

? Native or fluent in Italian, with strong English skills (B2+)

Degree in Business or a related field

Previous experience in a similar support or finance role is an advantage

? Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word

Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is a plus

? Ability to work rotational shifts: 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00 (Mon–Fri)

Able to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
