Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat & social media
? Handle product and service-related inquiries with care and accuracy
Suggest and support process improvements to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & other teams to resolve issues
What You Bring:
Native or fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and computers
? Customer-first attitude with a proactive mindset
Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
