Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Management, or equivalent) is preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience with a strong focus on business process transformation and organizational change management.
Extensive experience in leading transformational initiatives within Lead-to-Cash environments and customer-centric business models.
Demonstrated expertise in mapping, analyzing, and transforming business processes, particularly those related to Lead-to-Cash cycles and demand generation.
Ability to translate high-level business strategies into actionable transformation roadmaps.
