Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support and leadership to team members, encouraging growth and development

Oversee team operations including attendance, scheduling, and performance reviews

? Foster a collaborative team culture through open communication and regular meetings

Identify training needs and coordinate development with relevant departments

Drive service quality and efficiency in alignment with company policies and KPIs

Ensure adherence to standards, values, and compliance protocols across the team

Requirements:

Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1), with solid English skills (minimum B2)

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role

Degree in a management-related field is a plus

Experience in the gaming or live entertainment industry is a strong advantage

? Proficient in productivity tools (MS Office or equivalent)

Excellent communication and people management skills

Skilled in conflict resolution and team development

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Willing to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts
