Your mission:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Provide accurate and clear responses aligned with company procedures
Assist customers with product, service, and basic technical support queries
Log and manage cases in internal systems with detailed documentation
? Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams when needed
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient problem resolution
Manage and prioritize your service tickets effectively
Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
? What you bring:
Native or fluent Danish (C2) and fluent English (B2)
Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
Basic knowledge of customer service and ability to follow protocols
Comfort with handling basic tech issues and learning new systems quickly
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
? Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
