Your mission:
Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Provide helpful and accurate responses to general inquiries and product questions
Assist with basic technical support and troubleshooting
? Accurately log interactions in the system
? Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Prioritize tasks and manage your ticket queue
Contribute to internal process improvement and team knowledge
? What you bring:
Native or fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2)
Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
Understanding of customer service principles
? Willingness to learn new tools and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Problem-solving mindset and team player attitude
? Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
