· Develop and execute an HR Global strategy for EMEA and facilitate change management in support of business growth objectives while maintaining a focus on delivering value to the business.
· Develop capabilities and coach leaders on critical people initiatives related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession management, organizational design, compensation, benefits and other people programs and cultural initiatives.
· Collect and analyze HR data to drive a culture of data-driven, continuous improvement to proactively identify trends which can improve business performance.
· Lead, coach and develop regional HR practitioners to provide strategic and tactical HR capabilities while working closely with the global HR centers of excellence (COE) leaders to ensure harmonization with global practices.
· Ensure compliance with labor law, policies, and procedures within each jurisdiction where EMEA operates and maintain required record keeping, reporting and employment practices.
· Facilitate the development and execution of effective employee engagement practices that support a collaborative and productive work environment positioning the company as an employer of choice.
· Accountable for the development and management of HR budget to maximize financial expenditures and optimize organizational performance.
Participate in due diligence activities related to mergers and acquisition and facilitate effective integration activities to align HR practices, integrate cultures and accelerate organizational efficiency post-merger.
