A multinational company, with over 16 years of experience in the educational sector that helps universities connect with future students, based in Valencia, is looking to hire an Events Coordinator for its Valencia office. The successful candidate will manage events for universities in Italy and South America and must have strong organizational and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
Duties:
- Maintain regular contact with university and school partners via email, phone calls and live meetings.
- Planning and coordination of in-person events, virtual conferences and networking events in the assigned countries.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless planning, promotion, and execution of all events.
- Generate new business opportunities.

Requisitos mínimos
Experiencia requerida:
- Experience in sales of services of at least 2 years, highly valuable in the educational sector.
Formación requerida:
- Bachelor of Business Management or similar field. (At least one semester studying abroad).
Idiomas requeridos:
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
